If you’re worried about how your child will behave — you’re not alone.
Children are wonderfully unpredictable. They stall. They warm up slowly. They test boundaries. They melt down. We expect all of it — and we know how to find the magic within it.
We photograph children exclusively. That focus means we’re deeply fluent in shyness, silliness, big feelings, slow warm-ups, and the occasional full-body protest.
We don’t force poses or fake smiles. We create space for personality to unfold. We move at their pace, turn nerves into play, and meet them exactly where they are.
Your only job is to show up. We’ll handle the rest.
This is about personality — not perfection.
For sibling sessions: up to three siblings per session.
If one of your children is under six months, please reach out before booking. Strong neck control is important, though we can accommodate newborns with advance planning.
For larger families, we recommend booking extended sessions so each child receives the time and attention they deserve. Please reach out and we will help you set this up.
Our primary focus is capturing each child individually — their spark, their expression, their full emotional range. That depth takes time, and we never rush it.
If the session flows beautifully and time allows, we’re happy to capture a sibling portrait at the end. Because younger children often need more space and pacing, we can’t guarantee sibling images within a single session.
If a sibling portrait is especially important to you, booking an additional dedicated session ensures it receives the attention it deserves.
If you’d love to step into a frame or two, we’re happy to include that when time and flow allow. Just let us know when booking so we can plan thoughtfully.
For full family portraits, we recommend reserving one of our dedicated family sessions, where everyone can be photographed with intention and care.
Every booking includes our detailed styling guide — visual, specific, and easy to follow.
The short version: simple, textured, timeless. Neutrals, denim, linen. No logos, no busy patterns, no matching sets.
If your child is currently inseparable from a favorite toy, book, or super hero cape, bring it! We’re happy to capture a few images with it before setting it aside.
Snacks, drinks, wipes, chapstick and a favorite comfort item if needed.
We’ll take care of the rest.
Sessions are approximately 30 minutes — intentionally brief, because children are at their best when the experience feels light and natural.
You’ll arrive, your child will have a moment to settle in, and then we begin through play. We build connection first. We move at their pace. There’s space for diaper changes, breaks, and the unexpected.
By the time you leave, it will feel far easier than you imagined.
Your edited gallery arrives via private online gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session. Once you've made your selections, your framed print ships directly to your door within 1-2 weeks.

Your gallery includes both color and black & white versions of your final images. Our editing style is natural, timeless, and intentional — designed to preserve real skin tones, eye color, and the details that make your child uniquely them. No heavy-handed edits, just polished, honest portraits that you’ll still love in twenty years.
Everything is intentional — and it starts long before you arrive. Through your pre-shoot questionnaire, we get to know your child. We prepare the space, queue up their playlist, and set the energy of the room before the first frame is captured.
The styling guide, the music, the warm-up time — none of it is accidental. It all exists so that by the time we're shooting, the conditions for magic are already in place.

Your contract, invoice, questionnaire, and styling guide are delivered via e-mail — simple, streamlined, and clear.
A Limited Series Drop is a limited, themed portrait release offered a few times each year.
Each Drop has a distinct creative concept, a set number of sessions, and a defined booking window. Once it closes, it’s gone.

Deposit fees are non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to reschedule, we require at least 14 days’ notice. We understand that life — especially with children — can be unpredictable. Illness and emergencies are handled thoughtfully and case by case.
Communication is key. Reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll work together to find a solution.
We’re located in St. Louis, just two blocks from Tower Grove Park. There is ample unmetered street parking nearby.
